And, you can have the following deposits electronically made directly to your CEFCU share savings account without relying on the US Post Office or the inconvenience of making a special trip to the Credit Union.
The U.S. Department of the Treasury issued a ruling to all Americans receiving federal benefit and non-tax payments. Anyone applying for benefits on or after May 1, 2011, will receive their payments electronically, while those already receiving paper checks will need to switch to direct deposit by March 1, 2013.
Don't wait until time runs out. Ensure you will get your benefit payments in the safest, most reliable way possible – and avoid the inconvenience of making the switch later. Learn more about this change and to get started, please visit the Treasury Department’s Go Direct® public education campaign.
