Full-Time students (12 Units or more) are eligible for our special STUDENT VISA program.

VISA Pay by Phone is now available for all CEFCU VISA cardholders. With our new payment option, simply call Cardholder Services at 800-654-7728 to make a payment by phone. There will be a $5.00 transaction fee for this service. Prior to calling, please have your 16-digit VISA card number available along with the Routing/Transit number and the account number for the financial institution you wish to have the payment deducted from. Cardholder Services is available 24/7. Press zero to connect with a representative.

If you are a CEFCU@HOME user, you may pay your VISA online. Once logged into CEFCU@HOME, click on the Visa Access link.

You may also choose CEFCU's VISA Auto Pay service provided to you at no charge. Simply complete the VISA Auto Pay form and fax it, mail it, or drop it off at the office location most convenient to you. Just another added benefit of CEFCU's VISA program!

To cut your costs with our no-annual-fee VISA, apply online today by clicking on WebLoan24 option when you sign into CEFCU@HOME. If you're not yet a CEFCU@HOME user, you can still apply online. Prefer not to apply online? You may also complete a Loan Request and mail or fax it to the office location most convenient to you. To transfer high-cost balances from other credit cards, also submit a Visa Transfer Form.

The rate for purchases, cash advances and balance transfers may vary as it is determined quarterly and will equal the US Prime Rate plus a margin of 6.00%; the rate will not be more than 18.00%. The Prime Rate is the highest bank prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal's Money Rates section on the first day of the previous month prior to the change date. CEFCU may adjust your rate four times a year on the January, April, July, and October billing cycle.
